The commitment to dropping planned road expansion, and to replacing inefficient roads with bypasses and local active-travel/public realm improvements, is extremely welcome. Drastically reducing direct accesses to the N/M11 stretch from Bray down to Wicklow and their replacement with multi-modal local access would likewise be very welcome.
