11: Cycling and Personal Mobility Devices

Escooters have the potential to change travel behaviour to an extent that has been underestimated, until recently. Sufficent cycling infrastructure for E-Bikes, Scooters and other Personal mobility Modes to affect  should be provided as a matter of urgency. This will ensure that the demand for cycling infrastructure reflects the wide appeal of these devices and the cross section and level of service requirements of new cycling infrastructure takes account of these changing requirements. These Escooters appeal to all ages so have a health and wellbeing benefit too
