Proposed Taxi Regulation (Taxi Maximum Permissible Age) Regulations 2025

Pursuant to section section 20 of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013 (No. 37 of 2013), the Authority proposes to amend Regulation 31 of the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015, specifically the “maximum permissible age” limits that taxis may operate.
